Backstories from pioneers of modern dentistry, ‘The Moment’, has started from 10^th Sep.



With the rapid decline in face-to-face work due to COVID-19, education using online platforms is opening new horizons, and MegaGen Implant Co., Ltd. (CEO Kwang Bum Park, hereinafter MegaGen) is continuing customized lectures in this non-contact era.

MegaGen provides various lectures and discussions using online platforms because MegaGen thinks that discussion and development of dentistry should continue. Since 23^rd July, a relay interview named “The MOMENT” has been started. World well-known speakers will provide their special moments of modern dentistry that have changed them. There are many untold precious real-life story of key decisions, dilemmas, successes, and lessons learned.

'The MOMENT' is conducted in the form of an interview between Professor Thomas Han and each speaker. Five major themes will be Implants, Bone Regeneration, Surgical Techniques, Prosthetics, and Digital Implantology.

These webinars are not about techniques, instead the key purpose will be to share your own heartfelt stories of memorable moments in the history of implantology, such as your pioneering experiences with digital dentistry, immediate loading, and the root membrane technique (what changed, when, and why).

Already several webinar has been held, and those have been received favorable review by many domestic and foreign clinicians. Upcoming webinar will be Henry Take’s interview on 12/3 and Yoshiharu Hayashi’s interview on 12/17. It will be using YouTube platform, and a link will be provided upon pre-registration.
